Zhiqi He

Zhiqi Zhiqi is a skilled software engineering professional with a strong background in database systems and software development. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff II at Cerebras Systems since April 2025, Zhiqi brings extensive experience from previous roles as a Database Software Engineer at Huawei Technologies Canada Co., Ltd., where work focused on the next-generation cloud-native GaussDB. Prior experience includes a position as a System Software Engineer at Alibaba Cloud, where significant contributions were made to optimize distributed block storage systems and author numerous functional tests. Zhiqi's academic foundation includes a Master of Applied Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Technology from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
