Matthias Corkran

Matthias (Max) Corkran is a mechanical engineer with a diverse range of experience in technical and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff II at Draper since September 2022, Matthias has previously worked as a Mechanical Design intern at Corvus Robotics and as a Section A Guide at Keewaydin Foundation. Additional experience includes roles with Beta Technologies, Insulet Corporation, EnOcean, and ENGIE Services U.S., where Matthias gained expertise in manufacturing engineering, energy engineering, and mechanical design. Matthias began his career as a referee for USA Hockey, demonstrating strong skills in maintaining control in high-pressure environments. Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and has also attended the American College of Thessaloniki.
