Ian Stoute

Ian Stoute is a Technical Analyst at CereCore since June 2023, providing Tier 2 support for users across over 150 facilities nationwide through ServiceNow. Previously, Ian served as an IT Support Technician at Ariento, delivering Tier 1 and 2 support to more than 1000 users from 40+ businesses. Ian's experience also includes working as an L1 Analyst at H2cryptO Corp, an Environmental Specialist for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, and various roles in customer service and officiating. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University, attained in 2018.
