Pennie Brown has extensive experience in IT management and application support, currently serving as the Manager of Application Support Services at CereCore since May 2019. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Community Health Systems, where roles have ranged from Technical Support Supervisor to Senior Information System Analyst, focusing on Oracle Essbase, Medhost GL/AP/MM, and Lawson Supply Chain. Responsibilities have included leading teams, managing technical support, and collaborating with senior leadership on IT projects and business requirements. Earlier roles at MEDHOST and GFS provided a solid foundation in software analysis and client relations, while a background at Nortel emphasized telecommunications support. Pennie holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tennessee Technological University.
