Alex Hunt, P.Eng, currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Cérélia North America, overseeing the Operations Team for the Canadian Cookie business unit by enhancing processes for optimal business outcomes. Prior to this role, Alex was the Plant Manager at Dare Foods Limited, where leadership at the Milton Candy Plant focused on aligning operations with strategic business objectives. Experience also includes serving as the Maintenance Manager at Maple Leaf Foods Inc., successfully improving mechanical downtime through best practices implementation, and various manufacturing roles at PepsiCo, which involved developing talent through apprenticeship and co-op programs. Alex holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
