Monali Gangawane

Monali Gangawane is a seasoned Human Resources professional with significant experience in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Cerence Inc. since February 2021, Monali previously held multiple HR leadership positions at Cummins India from June 2011 to February 2021, overseeing the HR function for the Corporate Technical Organization and the Engine Business Unit, which included 500 employees supporting global engineering efforts. Monali also worked at Bajaj Auto Ltd from July 2007 to June 2011 as Dept Manager - HR, focusing on HR generalist responsibilities at the Chakan Plant, and began a career at Hindustan Unilever Ltd as an Executive Trainee in HR from June 2006 to July 2007.
