Sunny Woldenga-Racine

Sunny Woldenga-Racine has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Research Assistant at York University until 2016. They then transitioned to the position of Lab Manager at York University from 2017 to 2018. Following that, in 2019, they joined Appen as a Linguist, where they worked until October 2021. In March 2021, they became an NLU Language Consultant at Cerence Inc., and later advanced to the role of Research Scientist in November 2021. Currently, Sunny holds the position of Research Scientist - Team Lead at Cerence Inc. starting from February 2023.

Sunny Woldenga-Racine holds a Master's Degree in Computational Linguistics from the University of Washington, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Linguistics and German Studies at York University from 2010 to 2015.
