Ceres Community Project
Ceres Community Project is a non-profit organization that mentors teen chefs and gardeners to grow and cook 100% organic food for people facing a serious illness like cancer, diabetes or heart disease. Our meals are medically tailored, designed to help people manage their specific illness or condition. We advocate for a healthy, just, caring and sustainable world. We partner with healthcare providers and insurers to demonstrate the impact of medically-tailored meals and make access to these meals a routine part of healthcare through pilots or medical studies. Ceres trains other organizations to recreate our soil to community health model across the United States and in Denmark with our affiliate partner program. All these aspects work together to help create healthier people, communities and planet. We welcome you to join us!
