Ceres Community Project is a non-profit organization that mentors teen chefs and gardeners to grow and cook 100% organic food for people facing a serious illness like cancer, diabetes or heart disease.  Our meals are medically tailored, designed to help people manage their specific illness or condition.   

We advocate for a healthy, just, caring and sustainable world.   We partner with healthcare providers and insurers to demonstrate the impact of medically-tailored meals and make access to these meals a routine part of healthcare through pilots or medical studies.  Ceres trains other organizations to recreate our soil to community health model across the United States and in Denmark with our affiliate partner program.  All these aspects work together to help create healthier people, communities and planet.  We welcome you to join us!

This team ensures that Ceres' programs are well-funded and well-publicized, fostering vital connections with healthcare providers, insurers, and the community to advocate for a healthier and more sustainable world.

The Nutrition and Meal Program Team at Ceres Community Project ensures the preparation and delivery of 100% organic, medically-tailored meals for individuals facing serious illnesses. The Nutrition Care Manager and Bilingual Nutrition Care Coordinator/rdn oversee nutritional planning and provide guidance to ensure meals meet the specific dietary needs of clients. The Kitchen Assistant aids in meal preparation and kitchen organization, while the Senior Manager of Meal Program Operations supervises overall program logistics and ensures smooth operation. This team works collaboratively to support clients' health through nutritious, tailored meals.
