Ceng Bonn Nhari

Bonn Nhari is a professional with extensive experience in project management and operations. Bonn currently serves as the Director of Capital Projects and Operations at Ceres, leading major capital spend projects and operations both in the UK and abroad. Their responsibilities include procurement, installation, and commissioning of processes and equipment, as well as site fit-outs and upgrades.

Prior to their current role, Bonn held the position of Managing Director at BNRL Sustainable Solutions Ltd, where they provided leadership and direction for the company. Bonn also served as the Regional Projects Leader at GSK, overseeing the planning, development, and deployment of technology projects in the pharmaceutical industry across multiple sites.

Earlier in their career, Bonn worked as the EMEA Technical Director at YTL Corporation Bhd, where they administered executive operations and directed technical activities. Bonn also served as the Engineering Operations Leader at GE Oil & Gas, leading the development and delivery of new equipment and optimizing profitability. Additionally, Bonn held the role of NPD Technical Leader at Atlas Copco, overseeing the development of exhaust management systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Bonn's experience also includes working as an Engineering Team Leader at Carillion PLC, implementing standardized asset management approaches. Bonn began their career as a Project Manager at Astronic Ltd. Throughout their career, Bonn has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise.

Bonn Nhari obtained a BEng (Hons) degree in First Class in Electrical and Electronics from the University of the West of England. Bonn then pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Gloucestershire. Additionally, Bonn Nhari received a Chartered Engineer qualification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Institution of Engineering and Technology. Bonn also achieved the Professional Registration Advisor (PRA) designation from the same institution in 2015.
