Matthew Brittan

Matthew Brittan is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in mechanical engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as the Stack Manufacturing Lead and Sub-System Team Lead at Ceres since June 2017, Matthew oversees a team focused on the Compression and Enclosure subsystems within the product portfolio. Previously, Matthew held multiple roles at Ricardo from July 2015 to June 2017, progressing from Mechanical Engineer to Senior Mechanical Engineer. Matthew also contributed to STEM Sussex as a Project Engineer, engaging schoolchildren in engineering workshops to promote STEM education from June 2013 to June 2015. Additionally, Matthew served as a Student Ambassador at the University of Brighton while pursuing a Master of Engineering degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from 2010 to 2015. Early experiences include roles as a Student Engineer at Control Guys Ltd and a Bartender at Tabletable.
