Scott Hodges

Scott Hodges is a highly experienced professional in manufacturing engineering, currently serving as the Manufacturing Technology Transfer Manager and Fuel Cell Stack Manufacturing Lead at Ceres since March 2020. In this role, Scott leads and develops a team of over 10 technical engineers, and acts as the Stack Manufacturing Technical Authority for new designs and tooling. Prior to joining Ceres, Scott spent over 12 years at Ford Motor Company, holding positions such as Manufacturing Engine Assembly Process Engineer and Prototype Engine Build Specialist, where responsibilities included engineering production processes across multiple global locations and ensuring quality in engine assembly. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology from The Open University.
