Carri Scuba has had a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Carri started their career as a Senior Benefits and HR Specialist at Zurich Scudder Investments in 1992 and held that position until 1997. Carri then moved on to EAI Healthcare, where they worked as a Sales Manager in 1997-1998. In the same year, Carri joined Mack & Associates as the Director of Sales and Marketing and remained in that role until 2000. Carri then transitioned to Monster Worldwide, where they worked as an Account Manager from 2000 to 2004.

In 2003, Carri Scuba founded Core Vision Concepts, where they served as a Professional Leadership and Wellness Coach. Carri partnered with leaders to help them achieve exceptional results in both their professional and personal lives. Carri was known for their ability to provide unique insights and guide their clients towards taking action. Carri continued their work as a professional coach and founded the company herself.

In 2017, Carri Scuba joined Intend2Lead as a Leadership Coach, focusing on helping individuals develop their leadership skills. Eventually, in 2018, they became an Executive Coach at Ceresa, specializing in coaching executives to reach their full potential.
