Breanna Rutledge

Breanna Rutledge has extensive experience in the legal field. Breanna began their career as a Partner at The Rutledge Law Firm in 2007, where they specialized in negotiating and litigating complex equitable distribution cases. Breanna represented clients in court for various types of cases and negotiated settlement agreements. In 2017, Rutledge joined PPD as a Senior Contract Specialist, later becoming a Principal Contract Specialist-SIA. In this role, they coordinated all activities required to finalize site contracts for clinical studies and ensured compliance with local legislation and practices. In 2021, Rutledge transitioned to Cerevel Therapeutics, where they initially served as a Senior Manager-Legal. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Legal Affairs at Cerevel Therapeutics.

Breanna Rutledge completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Purdue University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Breanna then pursued further education at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree between 1998 and 2001.
