Emma Ashley

Emma Ashley has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Emma is currently working at Cerevel Therapeutics as the Director of Global Product Quality in R&D Operations. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Global Product Quality at the same company. Before joining Cerevel Therapeutics, Emma worked at Celgene as a Manager and Associate Manager of Global Quality Operations - Development. Emma also served as a Contractor in the same department. Emma's earlier roles include being a Senior Batch Disposition Specialist in Quality Assurance at Halo Pharmaceutical, Inc. and an Associate Scientist II in R&D at Renaissance Lakewood, LLC. Emma started their career as a QC Analyst III at Instrumentation Laboratory and worked as a Quality Control Technician at Collagen Matrix, Inc.

Emma Ashley completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from Winston-Salem State University. Emma then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Florida, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their degrees, Emma obtained the certification of Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from ASQ - World Headquarters in October 2020.
