Ceribell is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Vice President Account Manager to lead our sales efforts and manage key accounts in the West region. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in the medical device industry, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership, strategic account management, and driving sales growth.

This is a field position with travel around 50%. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of Regional Directors, each leading a team of Account Managers, to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
    • Foster a high-performance culture through effective communication, coaching, and development.
  2. Strategic Account Management:
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market share.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrators, and purchasing decision-makers.
  3. Sales Growth and Business Development:
    • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and optimize product offerings.
  4. Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with Ceribell's overall business objectives.
  5. Customer Advocacy:
    • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer feedback and insights are integrated into product development and service enhancements.
  6. Operational Excellence:
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
    • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in account management and sales operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on sales and account management.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the medical device market, including regulatory requirements and healthcare industry dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.

A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
