Karen Thiel Hundley, Esq. has a diverse work experience in the legal education industry. Karen has held various leadership positions at BARBRI Global for almost three decades. As the Vice President of Strategic Engagement, they led a team focused on building emotional connections with customers and creating a sense of community. Karen collaborated with different departments to implement industry best practices in customer engagement. In their role as a Bar Exam and Legal Education Expert, they partnered with law school faculty to assist students and increase their outcomes in law school and the bar exam. Karen also mentored and coached thousands of law students and practicing attorneys, helping them develop their legal skills and bar exam strategies. Karen also served as the Regional Vice President of Sales, where they recruited and developed sales teams across multiple law schools, maintaining a dominant market share despite a competitive environment. Additionally, they held the position of Southern Regional Vice President, leading a sales team and guiding BARBRI's transition to a B2B model while maintaining B2C dominance. In their earlier role as the Director of Florida & Nebraska, they oversaw product sales and course delivery, driving increased revenue and enrollment. Currently, Karen is the Vice President of Legal Partnerships at CeriFi.

Karen Thiel Hundley, Esq. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Education from Saint Peter's University, which they attended from 1986 to 1990. Afterward, they pursued further education in the field of law and earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the Florida State University College of Law between 1990 and 1993.
