Deanna Ashby

Deanna Ashby, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Cerium Networks, a role held since August 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing all HR activities such as recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and performance management, while also providing guidance on HR-related programs and policies to managers and employees nationally. Prior to this position, Deanna worked at AgWest Farm Credit from December 2000 to August 2013, first as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on recruitment and employee relations, and then as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, supporting managers and employees with employment and performance-related issues. Deanna holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Eastern Washington University and completed the Emerging Leaders Program at Gonzaga University in 2018.
