Ryan Escaño

Ryan Escaño is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in collaboration engineering and IT infrastructure solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Collaboration Engineer at Cerium Networks since December 2019, Ryan manages the support of Cisco Unified Communications infrastructures and troubleshoots technical issues in accordance with Service Level Agreements. Prior roles include Solutions Architect at Bridgenet Solutions (Philippines) Inc., where Ryan designed and implemented multi-vendor IT infrastructure solutions, and Senior Escalation Engineer at eLoyalty, providing advanced support for Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solutions. Ryan’s background also includes a position as a Network Engineer at Verizon Business and a Technical Support Engineer at Trends & Technologies, Inc. Ryan holds a BS in Electronics and Communications from the Technological Institute of the Philippines.
