Felix Cuervo

Felix Cuervo is a New Programs Engineer at Hispasat since September 2021, specializing in monitoring advancements in space and communications technologies while identifying and developing technology programs for future satellite infrastructure. Prior to this role, Felix served as a Senior Scientist in Satellite Communications and Radio Propagation at JOANNEUM RESEARCH Forschungsgesellschaft mbH from October 2012 to August 2021, focusing on the design, implementation, and management of satellite communication systems. Additionally, Felix gained experience as an IT intern at Universidad de Cantabria, where responsibilities included equipment installation and network management. Felix holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Information Technology and Communication in Mobile Networks from Universidad de Oviedo and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Telecommunications, Radiocommunication from Universidad de Cantabria.
