Martín Gómez has extensive experience in cultural management and international cooperation, currently serving as Delegado en España at Instituto Caro y Cuervo since October 2014, where responsibilities include designing and executing cultural action plans and fostering relationships with Ibero-American cultural organizations. Concurrently, Martín Gómez has been involved with Cerlalc- UNESCO, notably contributing to studies and courses related to publishing in Latin America and the Caribbean. Previous roles include promoting Colombian literature through the "Reading Colombia" catalog, evaluating manuscripts for various publishing houses, and teaching master's courses on digital publishing and marketing strategies. Martín Gómez holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from the University of Lille 1 and dual Bachelor's degrees in Literary Studies and Political Science from Universidad de Los Andes.
