The Human Resources team at Cermaq Global, comprising the CHRO, HR Manager, and Directora De Recursos Humanos, is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, talent development, and compliance with labor laws across their operations in Norway, Canada, and Chile. Their key focus is to ensure a supportive and productive work environment for all employees involved in salmon and trout farming.
