Kristian Ytterdal Elgheim

Kristian Ytterdal Elgheim currently serves as the Payroll, Reward & HR Analytics Manager at Cermaq Norway AS, overseeing payroll operations, administering bonuses and annual salary reviews, and managing HR analytics. Prior to this, Kristian worked as an HR Advisor at Fremtind, where responsibilities included advising on HR policies, implementing employee survey tools, and defining remuneration policies. Kristian also held the position of Senior Consultant in Reward at EY, assisting over 80 clients with remuneration strategies and conducting payroll audits. Earlier experience includes a Consultant role in Reward at IBM and participation in a graduate program focused on sales and market research. Kristian holds a Master’s degree in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of York.
