Elian Haliman, CHRM, CPC

Elian Haliman started their work experience as an intern at Cummins in 2004, where they were part of a database development team. Elian then joined Motorola as a Software Engineer in 2005, where they were involved in the development of the WiMAX router Web user interface and managed problem report resolution with offshore team members. In 2007, they joined ThoughtWorks as a Senior Consultant, where they worked on software delivery projects using Agile and distributed software development methodologies in various industries. In 2015, they joined PT. TANSRI GANI as a Sales Manager, and later became the Purchasing Manager in 2017, where they built and maintained partnerships with major raw material suppliers, managed CAPEX and its procurements, and managed inbound international logistics. In 2019, they joined Cermati.com as the Head of HR/GA and Legal Affairs, overseeing people operations, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with procedures and relevant regulators.

Elian Haliman, CHRM, CPC earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004.
