Hao Sen Teo

Hao Sen Teo has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as a Temporary Tax Officer at IRAS. In 2016, they interned at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore (URA) as a Property Research Intern, where they conducted an independent study on the Price Effects of Hedonic factors on Private Properties. At NCS Group, they worked as an Application Consultant from 2017 to 2018, leading the development and maintenance of big data ETL pipelines using Hadoop technologies. From 2018 to 2020, Hao Sen Teo worked at Razer Inc., initially as a Data Engineer and later as a Senior Data Engineer. Currently, they are employed as a Machine Learning Engineer at Cermati.com, beginning their role in May 2020.

Hao Sen Teo earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) degree in Statistics from the National University of Singapore from 2013 to 2017. In 2016, they also studied Statistics as a non-degree student at the University of Toronto. Hao Sen Teo has obtained several certifications, including "Deep Learning on AWS" from Amazon Web Services in December 2018, "Partnerworks Sales Training 2018" from Hortonworks in March 2018, and "Partnerworks Technical Level 1 Track" and "Partnerworks Technical Level 2 Track" also from Hortonworks in March 2018.
