Pedro Ferreira

Pedro Ferreira has extensive experience at CERN, starting as a Technical Student in 2005 and progressing to the position of Section Leader in the IT-CA-CTE department since July 2008. In this role, Pedro oversees the Conferencing Technology section, which is crucial for organizing various events at CERN through collaboration applications and services. Pedro's background includes serving as a Product Manager for Indico, Technical Coordinator for CS3MESH4EOSC, and Project and Service Manager, as well as experience in web development using Python and system administration. Pedro holds a Master's degree in Informatics Engineering and Computing from the Universidade do Porto and attended the CERN School of Computing in 2009.
