Janelle Rohrer

Janelle Rohrer is an accomplished professional in customer success and technology alliances, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Ceros since May 2018. With a progressive career at Ceros, Janelle has held various positions including Senior Director and Director of Customer Success, demonstrating expertise in empowering marketers and creatives to enhance brand experiences. Prior to Ceros, Janelle worked at Carahsoft from October 2012 to May 2019, where leadership was exhibited as Team Lead for Technology Alliances and Splunk, alongside providing valuable account management services. Janelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from James Madison University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
