Ana María Pereyra

Ana María Pereyra has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies.

In 1997, they started working at SIDERPERU as a Gerente de Contabilidad, a role they held until 2004. Ana María then briefly worked as a Contralor adjunto at Hidrostal S.A. in 2004.

From 2005 to 2011, Ana María served as Gerente de Contabilidad at COMPAÑIA MINERA MILPO S.A.A. Following that, they joined Nexa Resources where they held the position of Gerente de Contraloria y Oficial de Cumplimiento from 2011 to 2013.

In 2014, Ana María began their tenure at Derco as Gerente de Contabilidad until 2016. Simultaneously, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at NOBAL Inversiones SAC, where they still serve.

From 2017 to 2021, Ana María held dual roles at Sierra Sun Group. Ana María served as a Member of the Board of Directors from 2019 to 2021 and also as the CFO-Gerente de Administración y Finanzas from 2017 to 2021.

Currently, Ana María Pereyra is the Chief Financial Officer - PERU at Cerro de Pasco Resources Inc., a position they have held since February 2022.

Ana María Pereyra has a diverse education history that includes various degrees and programs. Ana María completed their Master's studies in Industrial Engineering at Universidad Ricardo Palma from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 1999 to 2001. In addition, Ana María also obtained a Master's in Business from Universidad Ricardo Palma from 2001 to 2003. Ana María furthered their education with a program in CEO Management at Northwestern University's Kellogg School and a Strategic Mining Management course at GERENS Escuela de Postgrado. Ana María holds a degree as a Certified Public Accountant from Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega. Ana María has also completed the International Business Program at IESE Business School in New York, specializing in Thinking Globally. Ana María attended the Programa Alta Dirección-Desarrollo Directivo at Universidad de Piura, as well as a course in Administration and Cost Strategies at Universidad del Pacífico (PE). Ana María continued their executive education with the Directores de Empresas Program at IE Business School in Madrid and the Programa de Directores PDE at Universidad del Pacífico (PE) in 2019. In 2021, they enrolled in the Programa de Directores-Actualización at Universidad del Pacífico (PE). Finally, Ana María is currently pursuing a specialization program for directorships, PED, at PAD - Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura.
