Neha Rathi has been working in the Human Resources field since 2021, when they began as an Human Resources Executive at Certa (getcerta.com). From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Auditor at Elite Taxation & Auditing, where they performed audit engagements of numerous clients and discussed and agreed on Audit programs with key senior internal stakeholders based on the risk assessment. Neha also had experience in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IASs and IFRSs. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Accountant at DELHI RAJASTHAN TRANSPORT CO. LTD. - India, where they managed preparation & finalisation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement & Ratios; undertook verification of banks reconciliation statements, fixed assets register and stock Book keeping of day to day transactions. Neha also ensured timely realisation of debtors and monitored payments made to vendors; oversaw accounts receivable/ payable accruals and reconciliation of accounts receivable/ trial balance to the general ledger including reconciling of the customers/vendors statements. Neha prepared audit schedules & other audit required documents & information, monthly expense budget, cash flow statements and reports for the Management, and variance analysis report by comparing the budget and actual expenses.
