Cindy Terapak, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer and employee experience management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief People Officer at Certainly CX since January 2022, Cindy is dedicated to delivering high-quality, omnichannel customer service. Prior roles include Head of Employee + Customer Experience and Customer Experience Manager at eRetailing Associates LLC from June 2015 to March 2022, and Supervisor positions in Call Center Customer Service at both DSW and Gap Inc./GID. Cindy also held General Manager positions at Skechers and Aerosoles between 1997 and 2006. Cindy's educational background includes studies at Missouri State University from 1996 to 1998.
