Kathy Bazley

Kathy Bazley is an experienced professional in customer service and leadership, currently serving as Manager of Customer Service for Consumer Products at Worthington Enterprises since September 2023. As a Co-Founder of Certainly CX, a women-owned business established in January 2022, Kathy has a strong background in building and managing effective teams across various sectors, particularly in eCommerce. Kathy's previous roles include Customer Service Manager at Caster Connection, Global Support Leader at Alliance Data card services, and Contact Center Supervisor at DSW, among others. Kathy began an independent consulting career in the pharmaceutical field prior to gaining significant experience in leadership development and training coordination earlier in their career. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University.
