Alessandro Monti

Alessandro is Legal Counsel of Certares. Prior to joining Certares, he was a Principal at Eversheds Sutherland. Alessandro previously worked at Greenberg Traurig, primarily focusing on M&A, private equity and real estate transactions, corporate finance, commercial, compliance and regulatory matters. He began his legal career at Grimaldi, a Milan-based law firm formerly associated with Clifford Chance.

Alessandro received his BA degree in Juridical Sciences and his MSc degree in Law from Bocconi University in Milan, where he graduated summa cum laude. He attended PhD studies in Business Law at Bocconi University and was a Junior Academic Visitor at the University of Oxford. Alessandro was admitted to the Milan Bar Association as practicing attorney.
