Meredith Hunt

Meredith Hunt is Associate General Counsel of Certares. Prior to joining Certares, she began her legal career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York, where she specialized in M&A and other corporate transactions and corporate governance matters.

Meredith received her Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School, where she graduated summa cum laude and Order of the Coif, and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Commerce, Organizations and Entrepreneurship from Brown University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
