Jolijn Tulner-Schilder

Jolijn Tulner-Schilder is a seasoned professional in human resources and coaching with extensive experience since January 2017 at Certe, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, Jolijn advises and supports management in HR policy implementation and complex issues. Previously, Jolijn worked in recruitment and selection and was instrumental in establishing the HR Services coordinator role. As a certified Professional Coach since December 2020, Jolijn also provides career coaching through personal ventures. Prior to Certe, experience includes positions as a Senior Account Intercedent at Tempo-Team, handling large accounts, and experience in various roles such as Project Worker and Commercial Employee. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in coaching and business administration, alongside certifications in Scrum, TMA method, and Spinning instruction.
