Edna Vallecillo-Garcia

Edna V. currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority since February 2023. Prior to this role, Edna held various leadership positions at KRA Corporation, including Director of People and Culture and Manager of Corporate Governance and Compliance, where responsibilities included recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and program development. Edna also worked as Associate Faculty in Political Science at Mt. San Jacinto College from August 2018 to July 2020, and served as Senior Development Specialist and Equal Employment Opportunity Officer for the County of Riverside from 2007 to February 2016. Edna holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Gonzaga University.
