Benjamin Higham has worked in a variety of sales roles since 2004. Benjamin began their career at Telefónica as a Sales Retention Advisor, where they consistently performed in the top 5% of a 400-strong sales team. In 2010, they moved to Brookson as a New Business Consultant, where they gained experience in cold dialing and successfully built relationships with customers and agencies. In 2011, they joined Virgin Media Business as a Retention Key Account Manager, and in 2012 they moved to TalkTalk Business as an SME Business Consultant. Later that year, they joined Chess Telecom as a National Account Manager, managing 120 accounts that were billing an average of 200K per month. In 2016, they joined BT Local Business - Liverpool, Chester and North Wales as a Field Sales Executive and was later promoted to Senior Converged Field Specialist. Finally, in 2022, they joined Certes Networks as an EMEA Business Development Account Manager.

Benjamin Higham attended Bridgewater High School from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a High School degree.
