Mónica Garcés Lardiés

Mónica Garcés Lardiés has extensive experience in financial management and control, currently serving as Controller Financiero and Interim Head of the Administrative Financial Department at CerTest Biotec, S.L. since February 2018. Previously, Mónica held the role of Responsible for Management Control at ARAMON from June 2005 to October 2015, where responsibilities included systematic budgeting and the implementation of annual action plans for eight companies. Mónica's earlier experience at Iberia (March 1996 - June 2005) included various key positions such as Head of the Iberia Plus Logistics Unit, where oversight involved budget control and operational development of the Iberia Plus program. Mónica began their career as a trainee at Fundación Empresa Pública, focusing on commercial delegation management. Mónica holds a degree in Economics and Business from Universidad de Zaragoza and is pursuing an Executive Master in Tourist Business Management at IE Business School.
