Emily McCarthy

Emily McCarthy is a highly experienced QEHS Auditor at Certification Europe since March 2015, responsible for assessing client management systems against ISO Standards and providing comprehensive audit reports. Concurrently, Emily serves as an Environmental Officer for Astellas in Killorglin, Co. Kerry, focusing on the development and maintenance of an Environmental Management System in compliance with ISO 14001. With a strong foundation in environmental consultancy since 2006, Emily has assisted various companies in developing effective environmental policies and conducting audits. Previous roles include Environmental Consultant and Assistant Scientist, where tasks ranged from pre-acquisition audits to water quality assessments. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Earthscience from University College Cork and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety at Technological University Dublin.
