Nicole Dumont

Nicole DuMont is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience, management, and business ownership. Since July 2021, Nicole has served as the Volunteer & Workgroup Manager for the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). Nicole also owns and operates a seasonal food stand, Jo-Jo's Pizza & Subs, since August 2001. Prior to these roles, Nicole held various positions at the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) from October 2015 to July 2021, including Global Programs and Research Manager and Training & Certification Manager for IAOP Academy. Nicole's career began at First Rate Financial Group from 2000 to 2006 as a Junior Loan Officer and in office management. Nicole holds a high school diploma in Business Administration and Management from Franklin Academy and attended Mater Dei College in Ogdensburg, NY.
