Richard Hodgson

Richard Hodgson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in executive leadership and financial management. Currently serving as CEO & President of Certify Holdings and SMT Corp. since April and September 2022 respectively, Richard has been instrumental in integrating their operations to enhance supply chain solutions for the aerospace, defense, medical, and critical infrastructure sectors. As CEO of APC Technology Group PLC since August 2015, Richard successfully executed a turnaround, achieving a 20% CAGR since 2018, completing six acquisitions, and facilitating a public-to-private transaction with Harwood Capital. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer of Green Compliance plc, Chief Financial Officer of Triplearc plc, and European Finance Director at Iron Mountain Europe, where Richard oversaw significant revenue growth and strategic acquisitions. Richard holds a BA in Economics from The University of Manchester.
