CERTIPASS establishes, implements, maintains and continuously improves a quality management system, including the necessary processes and their interactions, in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 and UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17024.

To guarantee the maximum transparency of the system, we publish the company policy that the managementassumes in order to: have an organization appropriate to the purposes and context, such as to support the planned strategic guidelines; have a reference framework that sets quality objectives; meet the applicable requirement; commit to the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
CERTIPASS recognises the impartiality in the execution of its certification activities by managing the conflict of interest to ensure the objectivity of its certifications; operates impartially, with respect to applicants, candidates and certified people; ensures that there are no conditions for any category of possible users that restrict the freedom of access to the certification system, dependent on income, belonging to associations or groups; ensures that there are no procedures that prevent or unfairly inhibit access to certification for applicants and candidates and that could compromise the impartiality of the system.

CERTIPASS operates nationally and internationally through partnerships with companies, public and private training bodies, institutions, universities and schools of all levels.

CERTIPASS describes and governs the principles according to which the planned activity is carried out, in order to prevent, in the areas at risk, the commission of the offenses referred to in Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001.

The monitoring system of CERTIPASS is periodically reviewed with reference to the procedures and company practices that regulate sensitive activities and support processes (as defined in the organization and management model).
