Emily Pollack

Emily Pollack has over 9 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master. Emily has worked in various companies such as Certiport, International Professional Services, Wells Fargo, PeopleNet, U.S. Bank, and State of Minnesota. In their roles, they have facilitated Agile adoption, coached teams on Scrum, and developed and documented processes for transition to Scrum. Emily has also directed firmware and web software releases, managed backlogs, and improved SDLC processes. Additionally, Emily has coordinated teams, managed release processes, and ensured adherence to best practices. Emily has acted as an Agile intermediary, assisted with system development, implementation, training, and production support.

Emily Pollack has a Ph.D. in Business from the University of South Australia. Emily also holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa and a B.A. in Business and Physics from Coe College. In addition to their degrees, Emily has obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from Scrum.org in September 2017.
