Cesar Ayala Salguero is currently a Docente at Universidad Politécnica Salesiana del Ecuador, teaching Maestría en Ingeniería Mecánica. Cesar is the Owner CEO of a consulting firm specializing in project management and software development. Additionally, Cesar serves as an Instructor at Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja and an Authorized Training Partner at CertiProf. Cesar holds a Master of Business Administration and various certifications in project management.
