Cesar Ayala Salguero

Cesar Ayala Salguero is currently a Docente at Universidad Politécnica Salesiana del Ecuador, teaching Maestría en Ingeniería Mecánica. With a strong background in project management, Cesar also works as a Gerente de Sistemas at Cartopel S.A.I., and as a Scrum Certified Trainer at Data Training Colombia. Cesar is the Owner CEO of a consulting firm specializing in project management and software development. Additionally, Cesar serves as an Instructor at Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja and an Authorized Training Partner at CertiProf. Cesar holds a Master of Business Administration and various certifications in project management.
