Andrew Soh is an experienced HRIS professional with a focus on digital transformation and system implementation. As the Head of HRIS at Certis since March 2023, Andrew drives strategic HR initiatives. Prior to this role, Andrew served as the HR Digital Transformation & HRIS Lead at Mapletree from June 2020 to February 2023, overseeing HR digital initiatives across 13 countries and enhancing process harmonization and efficiencies in the new system. Previous experience includes working as an SAP HCM Consultant.
