Mette de Nully

Mette de Nully currently serves as the Head of HRIS at TotalEnergies and a Senior virksomhedskonsulent at Prasinum AB, both since April and January 2023, respectively. An experienced HR professional, Mette has been focused on the implementation and optimization of HR systems at MDN Analytics since January 2022, and previously held roles as HR Operation and Project Lead, as well as Senior Manager Global HR Operations & People Analytics at Ganni A/S from January to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a board member at DKTV Anlæg and as HR Director at Dansk Kabel TV A/S. Mette's career in HR began with roles in various companies, including HR Manager and Project Leader for development projects at BabySam A/S and earlier positions at FLSmidth. Mette holds a degree in Økonomistyring from Copenhagen Business School and a dual degree in Psychology and Culture from Roskilde University, along with coursework at the University of Portsmouth.
