Nicole’s first introduction to testing – and to Ruben – was as an intern at Innovative Exams. Her responsibilities grew into a customer support role and eventually proctoring for an international exam organization, all of which gave her the perspective needed to ensure Certiverse is meeting its own high standards as well as its users’.
