Paula Neary

Paula Neary is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and business systems within the publishing and media industries. Currently serving as the Interim Transformation and Technology Director at Certsure LLP since May 2022, Paula previously held the role of Programme Consultant at BMJ from May 2022 to March 2023. As CEO of Ribbonfish from March 2017 to April 2022, Paula focused on delivering innovative solutions leveraging Salesforce and Microsoft cloud platforms. Paula’s expertise also includes serving as Director of Business Systems at both Springer Nature and Macmillan Science and Education, where significant transformation programs and technology governance initiatives were successfully implemented. Earlier in Paula’s career, leadership was demonstrated at The Random House Group as Director of Publishing Systems and at Pearson Education as IT Manager. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Sussex.
