Rob Gallardo is an experienced Chief Marketing Officer with a background in analytics, marketing, and e-commerce. Prior to their current role at Certus, Rob held positions at Universal Orlando Resort where Rob focused on digital marketing, targeting, and customer experience development. Additionally, Rob has experience in reporting and database marketing from their time at Rollins College. Rob holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Decision Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
