Liliana Torres, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Liliana started their career as a Human Resources Manager at ACF Inc., where they implemented HRIS technology and transformed the organization's HR function into a human capital-focused department. As a member of the executive team, they played a crucial role in various HR initiatives and programs.

Later, Liliana worked as an HR Business Partner at Environmental Pest Service, LLC, partnering with region and branch leadership to provide HR guidance and support. Liliana also facilitated DDI Leadership Development courses and introduced innovative processes to enhance the work life experience.

Liliana then joined Rentokil North America as an HR Business Partner, where they collaborated on Mergers and Acquisitions and ensured a positive experience for sellers and colleagues. Liliana's approach involved building rapport, effective communication, and efficient integration throughout the M&A life cycle.

Afterwards, Liliana worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at CAE USA, where they aligned business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Liliana provided HR support and services, including consultation, change management, and anticipating HR needs.

Currently, Liliana is serving as the Human Resources Director at Certus, collaborating with business leaders and the HR team to assess talent needs and drive performance management processes. Liliana focuses on developing talent, enhancing engagement, and mitigating risks.

Liliana Torres, PHR, holds a B.A. degree in Management with a concentration in HR Management from American Public University. Liliana obtained this degree in 2013. Prior to that, they earned an Associates degree from Central Texas College in 1999. In addition to their formal education, Liliana has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2019, they became a DDI Certified Facilitator through Development Dimensions International. In 2020, Liliana received Level 1 certification as a Certified Life Coach from the Certified Life Coach Institute. Liliana'smost recent certification is the USF Modern Management Tools Certificate, which they obtained from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
