Nicholas Russell

Nicholas Russell is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in device development, materials and process engineering, and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Device Development at Cerus since August 2022, Nicholas has previously held senior engineering roles at BAE Systems, Inc. and Restek Corporation, as well as a manufacturing engineer position at Sound Technology. Nicholas's expertise includes continuous improvement, CAPA, statistical methods, new product introduction, manufacturing tooling design, process validation, and equipment IQ/OQ/PQ, along with product transfer and consolidation. Nicholas Russell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University in 2010.
